These terms govern your use of the BurnClub app and website ("BurnClub", "we", "us"). By using BurnClub, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What BurnClub does

BurnClub turns publicly available Instagram and TikTok profiles into playlists and can save those playlists to a Spotify account you connect. We only read public profile content. We do not post to your social accounts, and we never ask for your Instagram or TikTok password.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BurnClub. If you use BurnClub on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have permission to do so.

Your account

You may sign in with Apple and connect a Spotify account. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for activity that happens through them. Keep your sign-in methods secure, and contact us if you think someone else is using your account.

Acceptable use

Use BurnClub for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Try to access private or non-public social profiles, or anyone's account without permission.
• Abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Use BurnClub to infringe someone else's rights, or to generate playlists for unlawful purposes.
• Misrepresent who you are, or use the service in a way that violates Spotify, Apple, Instagram, or TikTok rules.

Playlists and content

Playlists are generated from publicly available profile information and from catalogs provided by third parties such as Spotify. We do not guarantee that a profile will produce a playlist, that matches will be complete or accurate, or that songs will remain available. Album artwork, track names, and social profile content belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

BurnClub depends on Spotify, Apple, Instagram, and TikTok. Those platforms can change, limit, or revoke access at any time. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BurnClub is not sponsored, endorsed, or certified by Instagram, TikTok, or Spotify.

Our rights

BurnClub, including its name, design, and software, is owned by us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app and website for their intended purpose. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer

BurnClub is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BurnClub and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, playlists, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using BurnClub at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You can request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of BurnClub after an update means you accept the revised terms.
